Express courier services
Western facilitates daily delivery and pick up services from couriers that offer express services. Below is an overview of the services each offers as well as restrictions and required documents. Mail services have supplies such as envelopes, forms and labels on hand for University business upon request.
Note: Courier services such as Federal Express or UPS cannot deliver packages to post office boxes. Express to PO Boxes must be sent USPS Express.

- Priority Overnight: Overnight delivery by 10:30 am to many locations
- Standard Overnight: Overnight delivery by 3:30 pm to many locations
- Ground Service: Delivery within 2 business days
- Express Saver: Delivery within 3 days
- Saturday Delivery: Available to many locations for an additional fee
Weight Limit: 150 pounds
Size Limit: 165" length and girth combined; 119" maximum length International: Service available to many countries. Phone number is required.
Forms Required:
- Domestic: USA Airbill (also includes Credit Card, Bill Recipient, 3rd Party)
- International Documents: International Airbill + Parcel Mailing Order Form
- International Non-Documents (computer disks, books, scientific samples): International Airbill + 3 copies commercial invoice + Parcel Mailing Order Form

- Next Air Saver: Overnight delivery by 3:00 pm to many locations
- Second Day Air: Delivery within two business days
- Second Day Air AM: Delivery by noon on the second business day.
- Ground Service
- Three Day Air: Delivery within three business days
Weight limit: 150 pounds
Size limit:
- 165" length and girth combined, 108" maximum length.
- A package is considered a "Large Package" when its length & girth exceeds 130", but does not exceed the maximum UPS size of 165".
"Large Packages" are subject to additional handling charges.
Forms required:
- Domestic: USA Airbill
- International Documents: International Airbill and Parcel Mailing Order Form
- International Non-Documents (computer disks, books, scientific samples): International Airbill + 3 copies commercial invoice + Parcel Mailing Order Form
