MISSION STATEMENT: 

The Office of Social Equity assists the University through collaborative efforts with all departments and offices in achieving its commitments to the principles of equity and affirmative action. The Office of Social Equity sponsors education and programming opportunities to attain the University's commitment to an inclusive community where there is civility and respect for all individuals.In furtherance of its mission, the Office of Social Equity has implemented and monitors a number of policies to promote diversity and inclusion and to eliminate discriminatory behaviors at West Chester University.
