Holiday Transportation Service Schedule
December 2011/January 2012
The following information is provided for your use regarding transportation alternatives during the holidays, particularly when the UTS (bus service) is suspended. UTS stops on Friday, December 23rd at 3:00pm and will resume at 6:00am on December 27th. There is no UTS on Monday, December 26th. All other days, UTS is operating on Holiday Service schedule.
Employees who park at Scott Stadium or U-Hall on Friday morning (12/23/2011) may utilize the Health System provided van shuttle. The shuttle will pick up employees at the bus stop on Lee Street after 3:00pm and run until 11:59pm.
South Garage
The
South Garage will be available for employee parking from Friday, December 23, 2011 until Tuesday, January 3, 2012 as follows:
- Gates Up: 10:30am, Friday, December 23, 2011
- Gates Down: 5:30am, Tuesday, January 3, 2012
11th Street Garage
The
11th Street Garage will be available for employee parking on Levels C-G as follows:
- Gates Up: 12:00pm, Friday, December 30, 2011
- Gates Down: 7:30am, Tuesday, January 3, 2012
All other outdoor (surface) lots at the Health System zone will be enforced during the holidays. Therefore, the appropriate permit must be displayed while parking in these spaces.

Health System Transit Shuttle Holiday Schedule

- Medical Center Courtesy Shuttle: 4:25am-10:00pm
- Northridge Medical Park Shuttle: 8:15am-5:15pm
- Fontaine Research Park Shuttle: 8:00am-6:00pm
- Health System Employee Shuttle: 6:00pm-11:59pm

Holiday Break Enforcement
December 19, 2011 through January 13, 2012
During the period of Monday, December 19, 2011 through Friday, January 13, 2012, BLUE (commuter) and ORANGE (student) lots will be interchangeable except in "All Times" lots and RA spaces. RED (reserved) and GREEN (reserved) permits will also be valid in BLUE and ORANGE lots. Handicap accessible spaces, service spaces, and all other parking regulations will be enforced as usual.
