There will be a single lane closure on McCormick Road near the intersection of Edgemont Road from Friday, December 16 through Friday, December 23. Flagmen will direct traffic around the construction. All lanes will be open by 6:00pm every day. Pedestrians will be directed to the west side of the road.

Please be advised that the Theatre Project will conduct the second half of the underground Duct Bank installation in a portion of Carrs Hill Road, and in the Campbell Hall service road beginning on December 20, 2011. This work will not affect the main entrance and access to the Carrs Hill residence. The work will be staged in parts and will take 6 weeks to complete.
Part I: December 20 - December 29, 2011
The first part of the work will begin on December 20th and will consist of excavation and the installation of an underground Duct Bank in the intersection of Carrs Hill Road and the Campbell Hall service road. This section of work in the intersection only will take about 9 days to complete and during the course of this work vehicular traffic access will be maintained to rear parking area of the Carrs Hill residence. As before a small vehicle access ramp will be constructed on the east side of the excavation to allow vehicles to safely pass that work area. This work will be complete and unobstructed vehicle access to the rear of the residence will be restored by December 29, 2011.
Part II: December 29 - January 4, 2012
Part two of the work will be the excavation and installation of the Duct Bank from the above intersection to the north side of the Campbell Hall loading dock. This part of the work will begin on December 29th, and will be complete by January 4th, 2012.
Part III: January 5 - January 25, 2012
The final part of the work will be the excavation and installation of the remaining part of the Duct Bank from the loading dock to a point past the parking lot for the DKE House. This work will begin on January 5, 2012 and will be complete by January 25, 2012.
During all work periods construction signs and flagmen will assist traffic and pedestrians to safely pass the work area.
