Q.  How much does it cost to register for the conference?

Q.  I entered in some wrong information into the participant registration form. How do I correct that? Am I able to submit another registration form?

Q.  I am a presenter at the conference. Do I need to register? Do I need to pay a registration fee since I am presenting?

Q.  I registered as a participant for New Horizons. Does this include my Hotel Registration as well? Are they one in the same?

Q.  Who pays for my hotel room? (This applies to VCCS employees only)

Q.  I heard rooms are assigned by lottery. What is that about?

Q.  I am paying for my own registration. When do I pay?

Q.  I have to cancel my registration. How do I this?

Q.  I have some food allergies. Who do I contact about this?

Q.  There is lodging information on your website for the overflow hotel, but I can't find information for the Hotel Roanoke. How do I make a room reservation there?

Q.  What phone number should I call at the Sheraton to make my hotel reservation?

Q.  If I didn’t win the Hotel Roanoke lottery, does the VCCS still cover one night’s lodging at the Sheraton, as long as I register there as part of the New Horizons block?
