Customization Toolbar

• Color Scheme

  To use this feature, click on the color that you would like to see the page's color scheme change to. This changes the heading font color, background color, and template color to the color you choose. Search

This feature allows you to search for items of interest that may be located on this website. The search feature uses the google search engine to find results.

Home Page Feeds

The three areas that pull event, news, and calendar feeds give you the option of expanding or contracting the amound of information displayed at a time. Clicking on the plus key increases the number of feeds shown to you and clicking the minus key decreases them. Your preferences are saved for you via a cookie when you leave the page so that it will display the same amount of feeds each time you return.

Accessiblity

This site was designed with people having accessiblity needs in mind. Most of the site is compliant with the current accessibility standards including WC3 and Section 580 guidelines.

Browser Compatibility

The Illini Union website is compatible with most browsers. The newest versions of browsers are recommended and can usually be downloaded for free. The site is optimized for Internet Explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox 1.0.7. It is also recommended that you NOT disable javascript or cookies in your browser because these facilitate access to some great features of the website.
