Information on the 2016 Campaign

This 2016 Campaign Brief will provide information about the 2016 Campaign, as will these FAQs.

The 2016 Campaign Council is now complete (thank you, members, for taking this leadership role!), and they will be announcing a new theme in early 2016. Whatever theme the Council chooses, you can be sure that the 2016 Faculty and Staff Campaign kickoff, scheduled for Thursday, March 3, 2016, will be festive, informative and unforgettable.

Plan to sign your unit up for a table!

For additional information, please call 206-6058 or email Lisa Whelpley.

Results from the 2015 Faculty and Staff Campaign

Last year’s Campaign Council chose a great theme for the campaign:  Put Yourself in the Picture.  During the month of March, beginning with a fantastic Kickoff on Tuesday, March 3, UIS employees had opportunities to show why they give to UIS, and UIS departments and programs explained how involved donors can make a difference.

Here’s a gallery of a few photos. View hundreds more pictures from the event (UIS ID required), featuring the 22  departments that participated in the Kickoff. Thanks to everyone who shared pictures!

Great news!

During the 2015 Faculty and Staff Campaign, which celebrated and encouraged giving by faculty and staff at UIS, 45.7% of all UIS employees made a gift to UIS. That means a total of 334 individual donors supported 125 funds with $144,996.

Thank you! Those are impressive numbers. Here’s some more information about faculty and staff giving:
