is a portal to educational statistic sources compiled by the Association of College and Research Libraries.
Proquest Statistical Insight
among other statistics, provides education tables and abstracts from federal, state and local sources. Restricted to UF affiliates and on campus users.
National Center for Educational Statistics
is the primary federal entity for collecting and analyzing data that are related to education in the United States and other nations.
Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center

PISA
The Program for International Student Assessment is an assessment (begun in 2000) that focuses on 15-year-olds' capabilities in reading literacy, mathematics literacy, and science literacy
Annual NCES Reports
access to publications including: Condition of Education, Digest of Education Statistics, Education Statistics Quarterly, Projections of Education Statistics, etc.
NEA: National Education Association-Education Statistics
focuses on US Educational statistics including full rankings by state, average teacher salaries by state and many more reports

An international database that specializes in tabular data dealing with companies, products, industries, and demographics.
World Data on Education
focuses on basic descriptions of the main characteristics of the organization and functioning of national education systems provided to UNESCO by 158 countries.
Evaluation
Measuring Up 2008: The State by State Report Card For Higher Education
provides researchers with the ability to compare indicator scores and grades by state for any performance category and to obtain source and technical information for indicators and weights and download reports.
National Assessment of Educational Progress: Nation's Report Card
is the only nationally representative and continuing assessment of what America's students know and can do in various subject areas. Assessments are conducted periodically in mathematics, reading, science, writing, the arts, civics, economics, geography, and U.S. history.
