CONFIRMING ENROLLMENT:
In order to have financial aid applied as a credit to the tuition account, a student's classes must be confirmed. This action should be initiated by the student at the start of every semester in which they are enrolled at the University. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of classes and possible loss of financial aid for the semester.
Methods of Confirmation:
Financial aid covers all the charges on the student semester account (minimum payment due is $0 on the billing statement). You have 3 options to confirm:
1.) Mail the billing statement by the due date to the Bursar's Office and check the box indicating "confirm my classes". 2.) Take the bill to the Bursar's Office on your campus and they can confirm your classes. 3.) log onto OWLnet through the TU Portal and go to the Financial Services tab, then click on the Confirmation button located on the left side tool bar.
Financial aid does not cover all charges on the student account.
You must make the minimum payment due on the billing statement by your due date and your classes will automatically be confirmed. Note: If you have applied for aid that does not appear on your bill, contact Student Financial Services to avoid having your classes canceled.
