Institutional Biosafety

The Temple University Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) is responsible for the regulation and monitoring of all University research that involves recombinant DNA, infectious agents, and other biohazards. The IBC must ensure that all federal regulatory requirements are met by the University. Temple University Research Administration (TRA) is responsible for ensuring that the policies and directives of the IBC are enforced.

The IBC schedule and submissions deadlines have been updated for the 2013 calendar year.
