The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) facilitates the identification and deployment of University resources to meet operational, stategic and capital priorities.
OMB is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the University's operating budget and for the preparation of the University's Commonwealth appropriation request to the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
