CELEBRATING BLACK HISTORY MONTH AT AMBLER : From a “tour” of Temple University’s Charles L. Blockson Afro-American Collection to a celebration of African-American culture to a personal view of one woman coming to terms with her abusive childhood, Temple University Ambler has planned events and activities throughout February that highlight the cultural achievements, personal struggles, and triumphs of African-Americans. The events are free and open to the public. The celebration will continue on Friday, February 17, as the Ambler Campus Program Board hosts “Afrocentria: Black History Month Cultural Fest,” beginning at 7 p.m. in Bright Hall Lounge.
