How Do I Drop or Swap a Class during the Drop/Add Period?

Students may drop classes from their schedule using the following navigation:

Login to SIS

Click on Self Service

Click on Student Center

Under the Academics Heading, look for the drop-down menu box "Other Academics..."

Click on Enrollment: Drop

Click the double arrow icon button on the right side of the menu box

On the Select Classes to Drop screen, review your course list and click on the box in the Select column for the course you wish to drop

Scroll down the page under your course listings and click on DROP SELECTED CLASSES

On the Confirm Your Selection page, review the class(es) selected to drop. If the list is correct, click on Finish Dropping.

On the View Results page, check the Status column to assure that your drop was successful

The Swap Classes feature is used to switch from one class to another. Swap sections using the following navigation.

Login to SIS

Click on Self Service

Click on Student Center

Under the Academics Heading look for the drop-down menu box "Other Academics..."

Click on the Enrollment: Swap

Click on the double arrow icon button on the right side of the menu box

On the Select a Class to Swap screen select the class to swap from your schedule using the drop-down menu box

Use the class search feature to find a new class or enter the class number for the class you wish to swap and click on Enter.

On the Confirm Your Selection page, review the class information. If correct, click on FINISH SWAPPING.

On the View Results page, check the Status column to assure that your SWAP was successful.
