    * A Taste of France || Chef Mark Gresge from L’Etoile
    Saturday March 17th, 3:00pm – 5:30pm, Lorna Sundberg International Center
    Learn how to make an amazing four-course French meal with the help of l’Etoile’s chef and owner, Mark Gresge! We’ll start the menu with a burgundy salad, then move to coq au vin and French onion soup, before finishing with a delicious chocolate souffle. You’ve never made a meal like this before!
    * A Taste of China || Chef James Lee from China Grill
    Saturday March 24th, 3:00pm – 5:00pm, Kellogg Kitchen
    Come learn how to make classic Szechuan Chinese dishes with James Lee from Peter Chang’s famous China Grill! We’ll start off with delicious homemade dumplings followed by Dan Dan Noodles, a traditional noodle dish topped with pepper, pork, and scallions. These dishes are rich in flavor, but simple to make.
    Sign-ups start on Monday, 3/12.
