Daly, an Oak Forest resident, has served as a member of the SSC Board of Trustees since 1991. He became Vice-Chairman in 1994 and served as Chairman of the Presidential Search Committees. As Vice-Chair of the Board, Daly leads SSC's ongoing efforts to improve services while maintaining a stable or reduced tax rate.

Married with five children, Daly is the Village Administrator for Orland Hills. In addition to his role at SSC, Daly continues to serve as Chairman of the South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association's Management & Finance Committee since 1996. He is the past Chairman of the Chicago Southland Convention and Visitor's Bureau and a member of the Southwest Conference of Mayors. Daly would like to express his gratitude to the residents of College District 510 for continuing to show their confidence in him by supporting his re-election to the Board of Trustees.
