Welcome to the IT Help Desk!
The IT Help Desk, within the Office of Converging Technologies, provides assistance for QC students, faculty, and staff looking for technological support. We are located in the Dining Hall, Room 151. Anyone in need of IT help may walk in during our hours of operation, Monday-Sunday, when classes are in session, or call us at (718) 997-4444.
STUDENTS who are using IE10 (and at times IE9) may encounter problems accessing the student email web page. The simple fix is to run the page in compatibility view mode.
