Oregon has no state sales tax.
Resale certificate/licenseSome states issue a certificate or license that shows a business is registered by that state to sell goods or services. Oregon does not have such a certificate or license.
If an Oregon business is required to provide a resale certificate or license, the business may use the Business Registration Number issued by the Oregon Secretary of State (
www.sos.state.or.us/corporation/bizreg/index.htm) or its Federal Tax ID number.
