IOS has updated the solicitation and frequently asked questions for the core programs' regular research submissions which follow a single annual cycle of preliminary and full proposals. The updated solicitation NSF 13-506 can be found at http://www.nsf.gov/funding/pgm_summ.jsp?pims_id=503623&org=IOS&from=home. BIO's New Guidance on Data Management Plans (posted 2/20/13) required for all full proposals submitted to NSF.
