Mission

For institutions across the Commonwealth to present their research resources (Research cores, instrumentation, services) and areas of need so that we can jointly appreciate the capabilities of our sister institutions and identify areas for collaboration to ultimately synergize research in the Commonwealth in an economically sustainable manner based on the collective strengths of our institutions.

Members

Members of the consortium are research facilities and institutions which are interested in using collaborating with research facilities at other institutions.

2011 Meeting

The 2011 meeting of the Virginia Research Resources Consortium was on January 28, 2011 at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville.

2013 Meeting

The 2013 meeting will be in conjunction with VA Bio 20th anniversary, at Boar's Head Inn, Charlottesville. Register by contacting Julie Burns, jb9v@virginia.edu. Each institution may bring one poster. For further details, see invitation.
