Professional Education Unit Conceptual Framework

The Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs serves as PEU Head.
A PEU Coordinator reports to the Provost and provides unit coordination across the COE and GSEPD.  A Professional Education Unit Coordinating Council (PEUCC) is the institutional governing body that facilitates and ensures coordination of all aspects of educational personnel preparation on a unit basis.

Members of the PEUCC include the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs (also the PEU Head), Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, Associate Vice President for Outreach and Continuing Education, PEU Coordinator, GSEPD Dean, COE Dean, GSEPD NCATE Coordinator, COE NCATE Coordinator, Associate Dean of COE, and the Directors of the Offices of Assessment and Continuous Improvement for GSEPD and COE.
