Giving Back to the H.E.L.P. Center…

There are a number ways for our alumni and friends to give back to the H.E.L.P. Center. As an indepently run center that does not receive state funds, support from the private sector is crucial to the existance of our program and to build for the future. The dedicated students, staff and administration of the H.E.L.P. program truly appreciate the opportunities that your generosity can help provide.

Gifts of any size to the H.E.L.P. Center are welcomed and valued by our staff and students.  Flexible gifts that give a discretionary pool of funds to the H.E.L.P. Center are appreciated as are targeted donations to support scholarships, salaries, capital projects, endowments, maintenance and other initiatives are equally valued. Please feel free to contact our director (Mrs. Kristina R. Pollard, 304-696-6316) for advice on targeted giving. Gifts made within one calendar year can be taken as a deduction from that year's federal income taxes. Donors should be aware of the timeline of giving when dating their check or making online gifts.

The H.E.L.P. Center Honorary Society:
