Marshall University would like to make you aware of an important change regarding refunds for classes dropped after the schedule adjustment period*.
Effective with the Fall 2013 semester, after the schedule adjustment period for a term closes, a student must completely withdraw from all registered courses in order to receive any refund of tuition and fees. The University will no longer refund tuition and fees for individual classes dropped after the schedule adjustment period ends.
*The schedule adjustment period is defined as the first week of classes in the Fall and Spring semesters, and typically the first day of classes for each summer session.
