Recruiting Virginia Law Students and Alumni

We use Symplicity to manage recruiting programs for current students. To access Symplicity, go to the Symplicity Web site and enter your user name and password. If you do not have a password, please click the “Forgot my Password” tab, and one will be e-mailed to you. If you are not registered through our system, please click on the “Registration” tab and complete the requested information.

To request a resume packet from interested students, please contact our office at (434) 924-7349, email us or submit a request through Symplicity.

On-Grounds Recruiting, Fall 2013

Our 2013 Early Interview On-Grounds (OGI) Program will take place from Aug. 12–Aug. 23, 2013. We will have a Fall OGI Program in late September as well.

Important Dates

Employer registration: Friday, Feb. 15–Friday, June 7, 2013

OGI dates confirmed on or before Wednesday, May 8, 2013

Students finalize bid lists Sunday, July 14, 2013

Employers generate student resume packets Tuesday, July 16, 2013

Employers select students and alternates by Tuesday, July 23, 2013

Schedules available online to employers by Wednesday, August 7, 2013

A limited number of hospitality suites are available in August and may be requested at the time of registration.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are as follows:

• Less than 20 attorneys and public sector: no charge
• 21-99 attorneys: $400 first schedule, $200 additional schedules
• 100-250 attorneys: $700 first schedule, $500 additional schedules
• 251+ attorneys: $800 first schedule, $500 additional schedules
A $150 non-refundable registration fee will be applied to each employer.
