What is "My Turn"?
MY TURN SUMMER REGISTRATION WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, JUNE 17, 2014 FROM 10:00AM - 1:00PM IN ROOM M108 IN THE MARINE ACADEMIC BUILDING. ALL NEW STUDENT AND READMIT APPLICATIONS ARE DUE IN THE MY TURN OFFICE BY JUNE 12TH.
TO ALL CURRENT STUDENTS: YOU MUST UPDATE YOUR PROOF OF AGE AND RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS WITH THE MY TURN OFFICE BY THURSDAY, JUNE 12TH. PROOF OF RESIDENCY MUST BE DATED BETWEEN 1/2013-12/2013.

"My Turn" is the name of a very special tuition-free college education program being offered at Kingsborough Community College. The program is open to New York State residents who are 60 years of age or older by the first day of class of the fall or spring semester for which they are applying.
Kingsborough Community College offers to seniors a great opportunity to attend regular college Classes in a beautiful campus setting at Manhattan Beach with traditional students.
In addition, the My Turn program has activities such as speakers programs, discussions groups, end of term party, trips, and other activities.
All New York state residents age 60 or over are eligible. There are no previous educational requirements.
My Turn students:
Do not pay tuition, only an $80 registration fee.

Facilities available include access to the library, gym, pool, tennis courts and private beach.
Fall and spring semesters are 12 weeks. Winter and summer are 6 weeks. Daytime, evening and weekend classes are available.
