New Jersey Courts

A facilities issue has caused location changes at the Wilentz Justice Complex (WJC), located at 212 Washington Street, Newark. The following is effective Monday, June 4, and until further notice:

• Judge Michael Casale's courtroom is relocated from WJC #11 Room 1008 to #15 Room 1005.
• Judge Robert H. Gardner's courtroom is relocated from WJC #17 Room 1209 to #19 Room 1250.
• Judge Nancy Sivilli's courtroom is relocated from WJC #12 Room 1028B to #10 Room 956.
• All Children in Court cases will be heard on the 10th floor at WJC.
• All Child Support Hearing Officer cases are relocated from the 11th floor of the WJC to the 12th floor of the Veterans Courthouse, located at 50 West Market Street, Newark.

The Superior Court Records Information Center located at 171 Jersey Street, Building #2, Trenton, NJ will be closed until further notice. Requests for copies of archived civil, general equity and divorce case records should be directed to (609) 421-6100 or SCCO.Mailbox@judiciary.state.nj.us.
