After being accepted to the program, transfer credit will be considered on an individual basis by examining, in detail, the course syllabi and other materials for each course for which a transfer of credits is being requested. While it is possible to transfer in up to 30 credits from graduate-level courses in which students have received a grade of B or higher, students with MA degrees typically transfer between 6 and 12 credits.
