  • The I-Initiative is the new Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Education Program. It increases awareness about our diverse living, learning, and working communities, and furthers the objectives of Inclusive Illinois, creating opportunities for us to contribute to an inclusive environment where everyone is celebrated, valued, and respected.
