College property for the West Building is from the edge of the sidewalk to the actual building structure and includes the West “Plaza” and the exterior stairway to the East 68^th Street subway station from the West plaza. The West Building extends from East 68^th Street on Lexington Avenue South to East 67^th Street. On East 67^th Street West to 115 East 67^th Street. On East 68^th Street from Lexington Avenue West to 116 East 68^th Street.

EAST BUILDING:     130-160 East 68^th Street                            (MAP 1)

College property for the East Building is from the edge of the sidewalk to the actual building structure. It includes the exterior stairway to the subway; a flower shop (which is rented) and a newsstand (which is rented) at the Southeast corner of East 68^th Street and Lexington Avenue, and Poses Park on East 68^th Street between Lexington and 3^rd Avenues. The East Building fronts Lexington Avenue from East 68^th Street South to 901 Lexington Avenue. It also fronts East 68^th Street from the Southeast corner of Lexington Avenue to 164 East 68^th Street.

HUNTER NORTH:    695 Park Avenue                                      (MAP 1)

College property for the Hunter North Building is from the edge of the sidewalk to the actual building structure. It includes the Lowe Plaza which leads to the Danny Kaye Playhouse on East 68^th Street, the sitting area in front of the North Lobby on East 69^th Street, and the loading dock area on East 69^th Street. Frontage for the North Building extends from the Thomas Hunter hall on East 68^th Street West to Park Avenue. On Park Avenue from East 68^th Street North to East 69^th Street. And on East 69^th Street from Park avenue East to the rear of Thomas Hunter Hall.

THOMAS HUNTER HALL:     930 Lexington Avenue             (MAP 1)

College property for the Thomas Hunter hall is from the edge of the sidewalk to the actual building structure. It does not include the subway entrance on the Northwest corner of East 68^th Street and Lexington Avenue. Frontage for this building extends the length of Lexington Avenue from East 68^th Street North to East 69^th Street; East 69^th Street West to the Hunter North Building loading dock. On East 68^th Street from Lexington Avenue West to the Lowe Plaza of the Hunter North Building.
