Digital Signage Policy
The Claude Moore Health Sciences Library's digital signage is a promotional device to showcase events and services that support the mission of the Health Sciences Library, School of Medicine, School of Nursing, and Health System. Requests to display information may be made by departments, student organizations, and other affiliates that the library supports. Examples of appropriate content include student or faculty sponsored speakers, fundraisers, and events (i.e. the SOM Mulholland Book Sale). Requests must be made one week in advance and a point of contact must be provided. The library will design the display; however special requests can be made in the additional comments field located on the Digital Display Request Form.
