A multi-disciplinary full-text database, with more than 7,000 full-text periodicals, including nearly 6,000 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for more than 11,000 journals and a total of more than 11,600 publications including monographs, reports, conference proceedings, etc. The database features PDF content going back as far as 1887, with the majority of full text titles in native (searchable) PDF format. Searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,000 journals.
African-American History Online--Facts on File
African-American History Online provides access to thousands of cross-referenced entries on African-American history. Users can search for entries by keyword or phrase or browse by topic and by time period—from eight historical periods relevant specifically to African-American history. It includes more than 3,700 biographies, entries on topics such as court cases and legislation; key social, literary, and artistic movements; daily life and living conditions; important organizations; themes; and full texts of primary source documents with brief introductions. The Image Gallery includes more than 1,000 historical images with explanatory captions. Learning Centers bring together specially selected entries on different areas of interest to help users find a starting point for their research.

Art Abstracts (H.W. Wilson)
Art Abstracts is a bibliographic database that indexes and abstracts articles from periodicals published throughout the world. Periodical coverage includes English-language periodicals, yearbooks, and museum bulletins, as well as periodicals published in French, Italian, German, Japanese, Spanish, Dutch, and Swedish. In addition to articles, Art Abstracts indexes reproductions of works of art that appear in indexed periodicals. Abstracting coverage begins with January 1994. The abstracts range from 50 to 300 words and describe the content and scope of the source articles.
