Overview
Heartland Community College Library is committed to supporting the educational goals of the College by serving the informational needs of Heartland students, employees and community members. Located within the Academic Support Center, the Library offers a wide range of informational and research services. Staff is on hand to assist with Library use. Librarians are available to assist with Library instruction and Library tours by prior arrangement.
Mission
The mission of Heartland Community College Library is:
- To teach students, faculty and staff how to become information literate;
- To supply a collection of resources supporting the College curriculum, institutional goals and objectives;
- To provide the information delivery systems necessary to reach a broad base of learners;
- To maintain a facility that is conducive to research and study.
