Our Mission 
The School of Health and Human Performance is a learning community of caring, committed faculty, staff and students dedicated to excellence in teaching, scholarship and service within the liberal arts tradition. Our innovative curricula and services focus on the interactions among human movement, personal growth, and wellness. We work with diverse populations in a variety of settings in order to promote healthy lifestyles and societal interactions.

Our Innovative Programs of Study 
The School of Health and Human Performance offers innovative undergraduate and graduate programs of study. Students work with professors, fellow students, and practitioners in a variety of settings in order to empower others to lead healthy lifestyles and to function more effectively in society. We offer programs that balance traditional classroom and experiential learning to provide our students with the knowledge and skills to make positive lifestyle and career choices.
