The Primary job of the Attorney General is to oversee and conduct the Student Judicial Process at GC and act as a counsel and executive for the Student Government Association.

As stated, the primary job of the Attorney General is to confer with the Vice President for Student Affairs of Georgia College & State University on Judicial Issues and presents Judicial cases to the Judicial Board.
Acting in an Executive Officer capacity, the Attorney General confirms election results and oversees the Vice President's use of parliamentary procedure in the Student Senate. The Attorney General is also responsible for warning and dismissing senators for excessive absences.
