Volunteer, Internship, or teaching certification
The Centers for Inter-American Studies (CEDEI) is a not-for-profit institution of higher learning, dedicated to the study of American languages and cultures. CEDEI was founded in 1992 in recognition of the 500th anniversary of the meeting of the Old and New Worlds. To foster understanding among the people of the Americas, CEDEI sponsors a variety of academic activities independently and in conjunction with universities in North and South America.
CEDEI also offers flexible, non-credit Spanish immersion classes and volunteer opportunities, as well as two-year degrees in Television Production, Sales and International Marketing and Entrepreneurship through our Technological College. http://www.cedei.org

Paid Teaching Japan
Each year the JET Programme, with the aid of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, recruits thousands of new participants to come to Japan and experience a new and unique way of life. Participants are assigned to be either Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) who provide language instruction in elementary, junior and senior high schools; Coordinators for International Relations (CIRs) who work in communities on international exchange activities; or Sports Exchange Advisors (SEAs) who promote international exchange through sports. http://www.jetprogramme.org

Paid Teaching France
Teach English in France! Paid Teaching Spain

Paid Teaching Austria
U.S. teaching assistants are assigned to one or two Austrian secondary schools and required to assist teachers of English in classroom instruction 13 hours per week. U.S. teaching assistants are employed from October 1 - May 31 of the school year. Applicants should have at least a Bachelor's degree and be interested in careers in education. Prospective teachers of German or TESOL and/or graduates with a documented interest in Austrian studies are particularly encouraged to apply. A working knowledge of German is required and necessary to facilitate classroom work. This program is financed by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, the Arts and Culture, and applications are administered by the Austrian-American Educational Commission (Fulbright Commission). http://www.h-net.org/announce/show.cgi?ID=189632
