Dwight Call

Dwight Call Dwight Call is the Assistant Vice President for International Education. With a vast experience acquired during more than 30 years of dedication to Cross-cultural Studies, he coordinates and supervises the activities and programs of the International Education Center, including recruiting, admitting, and advising international students, offering study abroad opportunities to US students and faculty, and creating an international awareness within the greater community. Dwight holds a B.A. in Religion from Oberlin College, an M.Ed. in Community Development from Springfield College and a Ph.D. in Anthropology from Drew University, and he is Associate Professor of Anthropology at Georgia College. Dwight has worked in Australia, Cameroon, Japan and Switzerland and traveled extensively on six continents. Some of Dwight's hobbies are hiking, canoeing, reading, listening to classical and folk music, and watching films. Dwight speaks some French, German and Japanese and likes to play with other languages.

Libby Davis
The Associate Director of International Education and International Student Adviser, Libby Davis, is a native of Atlanta, Ga. Her responsibilities include overseeing international services and programs, counseling international students, advising the International Club, and coordinating International Admissions. Libby earned a B.B.A. in International Business from the University of Georgia and an M.S. in Applied Linguistics/TESOL from Georgia State. She has taught English in Japan and Costa Rica. She likes camping, hiking and reading.

Liz Havey
Liz Havey, Study Abroad Adviser, works with Georgia College students and faculty to find overseas experiences that fit with their individual interests and goals. She moved to Milledgeville from Las Vegas, where she completed her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in creative writing from DePauw University in Indiana. She studied abroad twice in her undergraduate career and lived in Norway for one year before beginning her bachelor's degree. She has also traveled extensively in Europe, the United States and Mexico. She enjoys mountain biking, hiking, camping, knitting, sewing, cooking and playing the piano. She is an advocate for environmental conservation and goodwill in general.

Scott Terry
Scott Terry, Study Abroad Adviser, helps students and faculty find educational experiences abroad to enhance their academic and professional careers. Scott comes to Georgia College with a M.Ed. in Globalization and Educational Change from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania. He entered higher education possessing a professional background in business, having completed his MBA and B.S. in business management. Scott first experienced study abroad during a short-term, high school exchange program in England. He spent an undergraduate semester abroad at the University of Newcastle, Australia. During his graduate studies he participated in a comparative program in Germany and Romania. Scott also enjoys spending time outdoors and playing volleyball.

Jason Wynn Jason Wynn, the International Admissions Counselor, moved here from North Carolina where he completed an M.A. in International Studies at East Carolina University. He also holds a B.S. in Psychology with a second major in Spanish. During his undergraduate years he studied abroad at the La Universidad de Vigo in Vigo, Spain and La Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico. Before completing his graduate work he served as an intern for Habitat for Humanity Costa Rica and instructed English as a second language in North Carolina. More than anything, Jason loves to travel!
Mary Anderson Secretary Mary Anderson assists with requests for international student and study abroad applications, data entry and general office operations. She relocated to Milledgeville from Fort Collins, Colorado, with her daughter and grandsons in 2003.
