Maintenance Request
To have a repair made in your room, please complete the "Report A Problem" form.  Most repairs are completed within 24 hours.

You can also report maintenance problems from the palm of your hand with the GC Mobile app.

We want you to be happy with our service. After  repairs have been completed, we invite you to complete our feedback form.

FixIt Hotline
Call the FixIt Line, 478-445-FIXIT (3494),  to report problems with vending machines, laundry machines, or cable TV.

Laundry View
Login to see check washing machine and dryer availability or to receive email and text alerts when your load is done.  LaundryView can also be accessed through GC Mobile on your smart phone.

When requesting maintenance service, please be thorough in your description of the problem providing as many details about the nature and location of the issue as possible.  Please contact your hall staff (CA, or Community Director) for assistance if necessary.
