Internal Audit Introduces Internship Initiative
Internal Audit has introduced an audit internship program in cooperation with the College of Business. The internship consists of conducting audit activities and writing reports on field work. The program benefits the Office of Internal Audit through added staffing, and students learn first hand how audits are performed by working with an experienced internal auditor.

Jamie Potteiger
Jamie Potteiger Jamie Potteiger is an undergraduate student in the Accounting program, graduating in May 2013. After graduation, she plans to enter a Master of Accounting (MAac) Program and pursue a career in auditing. She plans to undertake the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examination . Jamie’s interests include cooking, crafting, traveling, sports and music.
David Smith
David Smith David Smith is a Master in Accountancy (MAac) student graduating in May 2013. He plans to complete the Certified Public Accounting exam and pursue a career with a tax and audit firm. David enjoys running, traveling, and reading.
Patricia Williams
Patricia Williams Patricia Williams is a Master in Accountancy (MAac) student graduating in December 2013. She plans to undertake the Certified Public Accounting exam (CPA) in the summer of 2013 and pursue a career in public accounting. Outside of school and work, Patricia enjoys long distance running, traveling and spending time with friends and family. In May 2013, she will study abroad in Australia.
