North Bond Private Rooms

This hall offers private rooms exclusively for students 20 years and older. There are two students of the same gender sharing a bathroom but each student will have their own private room. There is an additional $986.00 private room charge per semester. Please note that some private rooms contain two sets of furniture. Student room furniture must remain in the residence hall room. Under no circum­stances will the University remove or store student room furniture.
