Parent Child Your son, daughter or relative is important to us, if you feel personal-emotional counseling could be beneficial to them please encourage them to come to the Birkam Health Center schedule an appointment.

While we are limited by privacy laws about disclosing information without a Release of Information from your student, we can readily accept information or concerns from you. We can also explain how we routinely work, what typically happens, our relationship with other offices, and what our policies and procedures are here at the Counseling Center.

TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Have the student go to the Birkham Health Center and fill out an in-take form at the labeled computers, when the form is complete walk up to the second floor where someone will help you schedule an appointment.
