WHERE DO I START?
HOW DO I GET A PERSONALIZED RESUME REVIEW?
Once you have completed the above steps and feel you have a final resume completed, email your resume for a personalized resume critique to careerservices@ferris.edu. A Career Services staff person will review your resume and offer suggestions, if needed.
HOW DO EMPLOYERS FIND MY RESUME?
Career Services offers all students and alumni the ability to post their resume in Bulldog CareerLink for employers to search and contact you directly. Although this shouldn't be your only way to look for a job, many employers are beginning to use this system to avoid screening hundreds of applicants. Once your resume is complete, you can upload your resume to Bulldog CareerLink using the documents tab. Your resume will be reviewed to ensure our employers are seeing the best. Once approved, you have to load your resume into the appropriate Ferris Resume Book. We also have a specific Job Fair resume book around Job Fair time!
