Cap Graduate Applications
Completed admissions application packets are due on or before the following due dates:
Fall- July 1
Spring- Nov. 1
Summer- Mar. 1
A 3.0 GPA or higher in your undergraduate program is required for regular admittance to any Graduate program.
Application and Admission Process:
Step 1: Complete Online Application
Step 2: Complete (3) Professional Reference Forms
Step 3: Submit Official Academic Transcripts
Step 4: Send Resume
Step 5: Send Essay on an Educational Issue
Step 6: Attend Graduate Program Orientation

Directed Teaching Clearance Requests- Directed teaching guidelines require a student to submit all paperwork one year prior to the semester in which the student plans to complete this course. Therefore, requests for a directed student teaching clearance must be made within that time frame so that this may be attached to your completed application. Failure to do so will cause you to forfeit your right to complete directed teaching as planned. This request needs to be made in writing to the Graduate Program Coordinator. grdpcord@ferris.edu
Graduation Clearances must be requested at least one semester prior to the semester you plan on graduating.
