Homecoming: Motown Mixer (Alumni/Student Reception) October 3, 6pm-8pm, Granger Atrium * Kick off Homecoming Weekend with this fun Social Networking Reception! Learn about different occupations and gain helpful tips from successful Alumni to get your career started!  Business Attire Required! Open to any and all current students! Several Interesting Alumni Attending!

Resume Workshop & Critique Open House (Have your resume critiqued by Industry Professionals) October 7, 5:30pm-8:30pm, BUS

Coffee & Critiques (Bring your resume) October 6,8,13 at 4pm. October 7,9,14 at 11:00am.  Find the Resume Critique Tables near the coffee shops on campus; compliments of C. Rewer's MGMT 373 Class.  Those that present a resume to critique will receive Free Coffee.

College of Pharmacy Career Fair October 9, 11am to 1pm, in College of Pharmacy building, Big Rapids, sign up for interviews through Bulldog CareerLink

Career Choices (facilitated by ECDS) October 14,16,21 at 11:00am in FLITE 405 and via Adobe Connect. This workshop is intended to assist students who may be considering a program change.

Etiquette Dinner October 20, 6pm, Granger Atrium Pre-Registration required through OrgSync. Limit of 100 students, so register fast! Registration NOW OPEN!

Graduate School Fair October 21, 5pm-8pm, Williams Auditorium Lobby - Numerous Universities present to answer questions about their Graduate Programs.  Kaplan Testing to answer questions about Test Requirements for admissions. Financial Advisor to answer questions about paying for Grad School.  ALL STUDENTS, ALL GRADE LEVEL, ALL PROGRAMS. No pre-registration required.

Career Fair - Take 1 October 21, 6pm-8pm, STARR 223. Experience a simulated Career Fair. Receive tips from the experts on how to navigate successfully. There will be over 200 employers at the Career & Internship Fair... Have a Strategy!

Employer Information Sessions October 22 and 23, STARR 2nd Floor. Select Employers will conduct 50 minute info sessions on their company and opportunities.  Students seeking employment with particular company are highly encouraged to attend. See on-line listing in Student section to the right.

Career & Internship Fair  Over 200 EMPLOYERS!

October 23, 11am-3pm, Sports Complex. HUGE event with more than 200 Employers Present! See online listing to the right. Professional Dress Attire Required. Bring your resume and be prepared to ask questions. Registration at the door. Must attend to sign up for an Interview. ALL STUDENT, ALL GRADE LEVELS. (Never to early to make connections!)

On Campus Interviews October 23-24, Varied times and locations on campus. Must attend Career & Internship Fair to receive an interview!

Customer Service Certificate Program (Modeled from Zingerman's Training) November 12, 5pm-8pm, FLITE 304.  You will learn the 5 elements of the Zingerman Approach, 3 steps of Great Service, and 5 simple hiring tips. BEST OF ALL... you'll receive a Certificate of Completion that will enhance your qualifications and resume!

Finding Hidden Opportunities December 2, 6pm-8pm. Where are all the jobs? How do you find jobs in specialized fields? How do you find a job with little experience? We'll share the insider tips on how to locate opportunities before they are posted.
