Briefly:

Ron Durst is an economist in the Farm Economy Branch of the Resource Economics Division (RED) at ERS. Long-term research interests include a wide range of topics relating to the effects of Federal tax policies on farm households and the rural economy.

Education:

Ron received an MS in Agricultural Economics and a law degree from West Virginia University. He also received an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University.
