John King

Agricultural Economist


John King works in the Structure, Technolgy and Productivity Branch. His main research is on the effects of intellectual property rights (for instance, patents) on industry structure in agricultural biotechnology.


John King received the degrees of B.A. (1994), M.A. (1999) and Ph.D. (2000) from Vanderbilt University.

Professional Affiliations:

The American Agricultural Economics Association (AAEA) and the American Economics Association (AEA).
