These tables provide vegetable and pulses data by category for more than 40 individual fresh and processed vegetable and pulse commodities.
ERS previously published these data in conjunction with the ERS report Vegetables and Pulses Outlook (previously, Vegetables and Melons Outlook) and in the annual Vegetables and Pulses Yearbook and several commodity-specific data products. Tables are updated as new information is available throughout the year (typically monthly). Additional historical data (no longer updated) are available for select commodities.
This data product is a work in progress. The current release features U.S. imports and exports of vegetables and pulses. In the future other data series will be added. For data not yet included here, see Outlook Tables and Yearbook Tables.
