All of the classrooms in Everitt Lab contain permanent overhead projectors and screens. Problems with these projectors should be reported to OIR at 244-7160. Permanent multimedia equipment is already available in Everitt Lab rooms 151, 165, 241, 245, and 260. Included are a computer, VHS VCR, and laptop connections. To obtain access codes for the equipment in these rooms contact the Office of Instructional Resources (OIR) at 333-3692. Problems with this equipment should be reported to OIR 333-0506.
To Request Audio Video equipment for other classrooms in Everitt (ECE classes only), Come to room 265 EL and fill out a Visual Aids request card. Please include, room number, Time begin and end, the date, ECE class #, and your name. Please talk to a staff member to check if there are any availability or conflict problems. Deposit the card in the gray metal box located on the front desk just as you enter room 265EL. The available equipment includes:
- 35 mm carousel 2"x2" projector.
- 35" TV monitor with VCR and PC with internet access. or Apple Quadra with internet access. (may also be connected to your laptop)
- 35" TV monitor with VCR and PC with internet access. (may also be connected to your laptop) LCD panel to allow overhead projection from your laptop.
If you want to attempt to use your laptop, we recommend that you come in a few days early so that you can test it prior to the day you want to use it.
We video tape all of the Thursday ECE Graduate Seminars and keep a library of them for future viewing.
