Mark T. Bohr
MSEE '78
Mark Bohr (MSEE ’78) is director of Process Architecture and Integration with Intel Corp. in Hillsboro, OR. He is also an Intel Fellow, a prestigious honor held by only 20 Intel employees. Bohr has 10 patents related to integrated circuit processing. He was also instrumental in upgrading the ECE 344 Semiconductor Fabrication Lab with a $1.4 million equipment grant from an Intel production facility in Oregon.
