Contribution Related Points 2013

Contribution Related Points are the salary levels beyond the top of each grade on the university payscales. Contribution Related Points are awarded on a permanent basis to recognise outstanding performance. The Equality Act 2010 replaces previous anti-discrimination law, consolidating it into a single act. The Act introduced new measures that have direct implications for our University as a public body.
