How Do I Know If I Qualify?

In general, you qualify for COPE if you:

• have an active Family Assistance case or Safety Net Assistance or
  
  
• are a parent with a dependent child and fall within 200% of the Federal Poverty Level*

AND

• have a High School Diploma/GED and
  
  
• intend to apply to a CUNY college.
