The Hanover Veterans Memorial honors military veterans who were killed in hostile action from World War I to the present day as well as those who have or are currently serving in the Armed Forces of the United States.
The Veterans Memorial is located at Hanover Wayside Park on U.S. Rt. 301 about a mile north of Hanover High School.
You can help finance the project with your $100 donation. The $100 donation buys a brick 'paver' that can be inscribed with the name of any U.S. military veteran serving in active duty or who has been granted an honorable discharge. The brick pavers will form a walkway leading up to the Memorial wall.
Two special events are held at the Veterans Memorial each year to honor those who have served. Both events are free and open to the public.
